Cooking is where my roots and training meet. I’ve been trained in scratch-prepared kitchens and love crafting meals with intention, using local, seasonal ingredients. Whether it’s pulling vegetables from my garden, sourcing from a neighborhood butcher, or visiting a farmers’ market abroad, I draw inspiration from ancestral food traditions that honor simplicity, nourishment, and the land.
