Hi, I'm Dallas — a Registered Dietitian based in sunny Ventura County, California, where I help women and families reclaim their health through mindful eating, intuitive living, and nutrient-dense foods.
With a passion for seasonal, local food, I’m here to guide you in embracing a healthier relationship with food — whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, working through disordered eating, or seeking balance through your menstrual cycle.

While I help people with many different nutrition concerns, my heart is especially rooted in working with women who are navigating their cycles and families building healthy, sustainable mealtimes. I believe in seasonal foods, local sourcing, and ancestral cooking methods that honor the rhythms of our bodies and the world around us.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from California State University, Long Beach, and have trained as a SOL (School of Lunch) Chef. Over the years, I’ve built lasting relationships with local farmers and gained a deep understanding of local food systems, all while supporting families in creating nourishing meals and helping women on their journey to conception.
I also spend much of my time gardening, which has deepened my understanding of how food, fertility, and the natural cycles of life are all connected. Gardening reminds me of how our bodies and the earth are intertwined — and how harmonizing with nature can empower us to live with intention and balance.

This work is personal to me. After my own healing journey with autoimmune disease, I know how important it is to be connected to our bodies and our food.

When we work together, I want you to feel safe, empowered, informed, supported, and deeply capable.
You are not broken. You are whole, resilient, and already connected to the wisdom of your body.

When I’m not supporting families and women, you can usually find me in my backyard garden or wandering through the local farmers' market, always looking for new ways to bring fresh, beautiful foods to the table.

If you're ready to reconnect with your body, your family, and your food, I’m here for you.
